PROSPECTIVE TENANT REQUIREMENTS:
- All adults (18+) complete an online application and pay $100 application fee
- Applicants must complete Pet Screening under tenants tab
- A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent
- Consent to run credit, eviction, and criminal background checks
- Anything else required by the owner of the home

TENANT APPROVAL IS BASED ON A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Positive rental history
- Background check
- Credit check
- Eviction check
- Employment verification
- Income verification
