Let The DeSelms Property Management manage your rental property. We offer a full range of property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We have an extensive portfolio with over 100 single family homes, townhouses, condos, and apartments in the area.
Our fee for leasing services is a one time charge per tenancy and covers all of the above. It is deducted from the first month's rent collected. No fees are charged upfront.

All properties are subject to leasing fees which varies depending on the location and condition of the property and the scope of work it will take to make it “rent ready.” Leasing fees normally range between 50-100% of the first month’s rent. |

- Approving & Denying tenants
- Drafting and executing lease agreement and addendums
- Accepting deposits to hold
- Transfer utilities
- Verifying adequate renters insurance
- Completing move in inspection
