How do I pay rent?
We recommend all tenants pay rent via our online portal. It aids in clear communication about payments between the tenant, property manager, and the accounting team. We do accept checks in person or by mail and they are subject to a convenience fee. -
I want to get a pet, what should I do?
Submit a pet profile to our partner PetScreening and notify management. Pets must be approved by PetScreening or qualify as certified service/emotional support animals. Pet Rent for non-service animals ranges from $30–$75/month. Please note that certain breeds are prohibited. -
How do I request a repair or maintenance?
We recommend all tenants to submit repair and maintenance requests via our online portal. Tenants are also provided a direct phone number to our maintenance call center that they can call or text 24/7/365. Maintenance Hotline: (888) 337 - 1344 -
Do I need renters insurance?
Residents are automatically enrolled in our Tenant Liability Insurance Program but can opt-out upon tendering alternate proof of coverage for a minimum of $100,000 Limit of Liability for no less than the following causes of loss: smoke, fire, explosion, backup or overflow of the sewer, drain, or sump, and water damage. -

Do you offer section 8 housing?
We do not accept any HUD vouchers, including Veterans or Section 8 vouchers -
How can a property be held?
Properties are automatically held for the prospective tenants whom we are processing an application for. After the application is approved, the tenant has 24 hours to pay the security deposit and sign the lease to permanently hold the property until their move in. -
Application Process?
- All adults 18 years old and older must complete an application in order to complete background screening.
- Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
- Applications are scored on a point system where verifiable criteria are given value and a tenant is approved when they meet the minimum score.
- The amount of time required for a decision to be made depends on the quality of the information provided on the application and how long it takes for the applicant and current landlord to provide information and references.
- Decisions are usually made within 2 business days of an application being received.
- Application fees are non-refundable. Please contact our office if you have questions prior to applying.

How much is the security deposit?
Our typical security deposit is the same as one months rent for normal risk tenants. Once a tenant’s application is approved, the tenant has 24 hours to pay the security deposit and sign the lease or we will move on to the next applicant. -
How do I see inside a home that I am interested in?
Request a self guided tour tour on our website. Vacant homes are available from 8 am to 8 pm 7 days a week. -
How long are our leases?
Leases are typically 12 months in length. Updated lease terms can be found on the available property details.
